Help with legislation monitoring for your business

Let us monitor environmental and health and safety legislation as it applies to your organisation

Many of our clients need to monitor environmental and health and safety legislation. This can be to support their maintaining certifications such as ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 or simply to help ensure that they are trading legally! We provide tailored lists of environmental and health and safety legislation for clients at a fixed charge of just £500 per annum for each list. This may be free for some of our customers, check with us if you qualify.

The lists are produced monthly in pairs, one lists all the legislation covered, the other lists legislation that has changed. This saves you having to read through the whole list each time.

Is your product legal?

To be sold within the EU, including the UK, your products must meet all European Union directives that apply. Only then may they be legally sold within the EU, including within the UK. Many products are legally required to carry the CE mark and other testing and labelling requirements apply outside the EU.

We can help you to ensure that you know; which, if any tests apply, how you can obtain Certification and how you can ensure your products continue to comply.

Revised Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directives have become law throughout the European Union. Similar laws are being introduced elsewhere. If you are importing, exporting or manufacturing electrical or electronic equipment they apply to your products. Find out more about the WEEE directive or contact our experienced team for more information.
